Windows Reinstall

Important - Windows 10 reinstall is required.

To remove a hardware ban, you must reinstall Windows 10. Even if you are using Windows 11, you need to reinstall Windows 10.

Need to set up Disk Spoof?

If you play Apex, Rust, LoL, or VALORANT, please complete Disk Spoof Setup. Disk Spoof includes the custom Windows installation, so a separate Windows reinstall is not required.

If you do not need to reinstall Windows, games other than VALORANT, LoL, and Delta Force can be removed with Revo Uninstaller.

Caution - Do not sign in with a Microsoft account

You must select "Offline account" during setup.

Required Items

  • [ ] USB flash drive (8GB or larger)
  • [ ] The PC you are using
  • [ ] Internet connection
  • [ ] Important data backed up

Data loss warning

All data on the C: drive is erased during the Windows reinstall process. Please back up any necessary files.

Step 1: Create a Windows 10 Installation USB

1.1 Download the Media Creation Tool

  1. Visit the official Microsoft website
  2. Go to the Windows 10 download page
  3. Download the [Create media] tool

1.2 Create the Installation USB

  1. Run the downloaded MediaCreationTool.exe
  2. When the User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears, click [Yes]
  3. Accept the license terms and click [Accept]
  4. Select [Create installation media for another PC] then [Next]
  5. Select the following options:
  6. Language: English
  7. Time and keyboard: English (or your preferred)
  8. Edition: Windows 10 (check your Home/Pro version)
  9. Click [Next]
  10. Select [USB flash drive]
  11. Connect the USB flash drive to your PC and click [Next]
  12. Select the USB drive to use and click [Next]

Duration

USB creation takes 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on your internet speed. Do not disconnect the USB while it is being created.

Step 2: Set USB Boot in BIOS

2.1 Enter BIOS

  1. Completely shut down the PC, then turn it on again.
  2. When the boot screen appears, repeatedly press the following key:
Motherboard BIOS key
Asus Del or F2
GIGABYTE Del
MSI Del
ASRock F2 or Del
Biostar Del

2.2 Change Boot Order

  1. Go to the Boot tab in BIOS
  2. Select Boot Option #1 or 1st Boot Priority
  3. Set the USB flash drive as the highest boot priority
  4. Press F10 to save and reboot

Tip

If you press F12, F11, or F8 before the boot logo appears, a boot device selection menu may appear directly.

Step 3: Install Windows 10

3.1 Initial Setup

  1. After booting from USB, when the "Windows Setup" screen appears:
  2. Language: English (or your preferred)
  3. Time and currency format: English (or your preferred)
  4. Keyboard or input method: English (US)
  5. Click [Next]
  6. Click [Install now]

3.2 Enter Product Key

If you don't have a product key

Click [I don't have a product key] at the bottom of the product key input field. You can activate it later.

3.3 Select Windows Edition

Select the version that matches your license:

Version Description
Windows 10 Home Standard home edition
Windows 10 Pro Includes professional/business features

Important

You must select the same version as the license you own.

3.4 License Terms

  1. Check the [I accept] checkbox
  2. Click [Next]

3.5 Select Installation Type

Select [Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)]

Do not select Upgrade

You must select "Custom" to perform a clean installation.

3.6 Delete Partitions and Install

All data will be erased in this step

  1. On the Where to install Windows screen
  2. Select all existing partitions and click [Delete]
  3. Click [Drive options (advanced)]
  4. Click [New] to create a new partition
  5. Click [Next] to start installation

Tip

If you have applied Disk Spoof, the disk will appear in the drive list with its serial changed. Select that disk and install.

3.7 Installation Complete and Wait

  • The PC will reboot automatically several times
  • Do not disconnect the USB during reboot
  • Wait until installation is complete

Step 4: Essential Settings After Installation

4.1 Initial Setup (OOBE)

  1. Region: select your region and click [Yes]
  2. Keyboard layout: keep English (US) and click [Yes]
  3. Add second keyboard layout: skip (click [Skip])

4.2 Account Setup (Important!)

Do not sign in with a Microsoft account

  1. When the "Sign in to personalize" screen appears
  2. Click [Create offline account] at the bottom
  3. Click [Limited experience]
  4. Enter a username (English recommended)
  5. Enter a password (optional but recommended)
  6. Set up security questions (answer 3 questions)

Important

If you accidentally created an online account, you must reinstall Windows again.

4.3 Privacy Settings

We recommend setting all privacy options to [No]:

  • Don't use location
  • Don't send diagnostic data
  • Don't use tailored experiences
  • Don't use advertising ID ...

4.4 Installation Complete

When all settings are complete, the Windows desktop will appear.

Post-Installation Checklist

  • [ ] Windows boots normally
  • [ ] Signed in with an offline account
  • [ ] Drivers installed in Device Manager
  • [ ] Internet connection confirmed
